Our Guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with the outcome our guarantee means we will, upon mutual agreement cancel the SaaS contract. This has never happened, but we understand the risk associated with change and as such we want to provide you with that comfort of a guaranteed result.
Our Pricing Structure
Initial Implementation Cost
$30,000
Our initial implementation cost is a one-time fee of $30,000. This covers the setup and configuration of Aspect to ensure it integrates seamlessly with your existing systems. The fee also includes comprehensive training for your team, ensuring a smooth transition and quick adoption of the software.
Monthly SaaS License
$2,000/site
Aspect operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, offering a monthly license fee of $2,000 per site. This subscription model helps improve your cash flow by spreading out costs over time, making it easier to budget and manage expenses. Each site requires its own separate site license, ensuring that all locations are optimally managed.
Optional PLC Costs for Machine Connectivity
For those wanting machine connectivity, Aspect offers optional PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) integration. The cost for the first PLC is $7,500, which includes the hardware and initial setup. Additional PLCs, if required, range between $3,500 and $5,500 each, depending on the type of network used. This fee is optional and only necessary if you require direct machine connectivity for real-time monitoring and data collection.
